My experience at this office was EXCELLENT. You can tell this team takes pride in there work. Understanding how nervous I was regarding my tooth extraction, Dr Saunders and his team completely reversed that feeling in just 5 minutes. I knew I was in good hands here, and started to feel very relaxed. Dr Saunders made sure that I felt no pain whatsoever before the procedure took place. He would not start the procedure until I was completely ready to go. The front desk team at this facility are seriously top notch. I called this office 4 times in one day, multiple times! No matter how many times I've called, I am greeted with understanding and kindness. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! Big thanks to Bella for fixing my issue with the healing process this morning on very short notice, my pain has subsided tremendously thanks to you! One last thing I would like to point out, is the follow ups they do. I have NEVER had a Dr call me at 8:00 in the evening to make sure I was feeling ok and wasn't in pain after a procedure. They close at 5 so I was really impressed and thankful. I wish I can thank everyone by name but I can't remember, so thank you to everyone!

I recently had scheduled extractions, bone graft, and subsequent implants and a new bridge scheduled with Dr. Saunders. Based on the x-rays, Dr. Saunders (after consulting with my dentist) felt this treatment plan was best. On the day of surgery, Dr. Saunders quickly realized that there was an anomaly in the x-rays and the teeth he was going to extract were, in fact, healthy and didn't see the need for extraction, thereby changing my treatment plan. Once again, he consulted with my dentist (while I was at his office) and concluded that all I needed was a simple root canal on one tooth. I truly appreciate Dr. Saunders' honesty and integrity. The fact he was willing to forego what would have been a profitable procedure speaks volumes. And not only did he reprieve me from a costly procedure, he also saved me the headache of wearing an appliance for several months. Thank you, Dr. Saunders and your staff for taking care of me and making sure my oral health was in your best interest.

I am two weeks out from surgery. I was deathly afraid to have my gum restoration surgery. One, they were only going to give me Valium so I wasn't going to be put "out" and two, I am a red head and it takes A LOT of Novocaine to numb my mouth. OMG! I felt NOTHING and Dr Saunders and his assistant were outstanding!! They made sure I was comfortable and had no pain the entire surgery. I have had my teeth cleaned twice at Dr. Saunders' office. The first one was a deep cleaning around a bridge. That was six months ago. Today I had what I call a "regular cleaning." Both times, Dr. Saunders clearly explained the need for the cleanings and his efforts to help me save a bridge. He, the hygienist and his staff have treated me with courtesy and kindness. Dr. Saunders and staff are phenomenal in their care. They make sure you have the medication to enable in proper healing after the procedures completed. Dr Saunders personally calls in to talk and check on how patient is feeling and doing, but most importantly that there are no complications. I came to Dr. Saunders over 10 years ago with significant gum loss around the lower front teeth. His goal for me was to preserve gum tissue and avoid the possibility of tooth loss. Through a series of surgical tissue grafts and excellent care, Dr.Saunders and his staff, made that goal happen.
